  • Schedule Of Works: Our Schedule of Works is a detailed document featuring a summary of works with a total cost and a breakdown of each element into sub-sections. It is ideal for the tendering stage as it can be sent to contractors to price.
  • Bill Of Quantities: A Bill of Quantities is similar to a Schedule of Works but also includes quantities; this means that contractors will only need to input their prices rather than both quantities and prices (which is required for a Schedule of Works).

If you are a builder or contractor, we can also price any Schedule of Works or Bill of Quantities sent to you by a client, ensuring the documents are tender-compliant and maximising your chances of winning the project.
