Budget Cost Plan
If you are in the initial planning stages, we recommend a Budget Cost Plan, which is based on the average market rates. This will provide a rough indication of costs before moving on to getting your building regulation drawings.
Full Cost Plan
A Full Cost Plan is a more detailed document used for the tender analysis stage. It will include a full breakdown of all build elements, which you can then use to help you to compare quotes and negotiate with builders and contractors.
Supporting You During The Tendering Process
As well as devising cost plans, our team can also provide key documentation to simplify the tendering process and allow you to move forward with your build with confidence.
- Schedule Of Works: A document containing a summary of works, broken down into sub-sections and accompanied by a total. This will be given to your contractors to add quantities and price the necessary works.
- Bill Of Quantities: Similar to the above but also includes quantities, meaning that contractors will only need to add their prices.
