Step 2: Your Company Rates To allow us to price your estimate correctly, please provide the following information:
1. Please fill in the below boxes with your daily labour rates for the following trades.
If the trade is subcontracted, please tick the box to the right.
If the trade is subcontracted, please tick the box below the field.
2. On your projects, what markup would you like to apply on labour and material rates? If this is left blank, we will assume 10%.
3. On top of your markup, would you like to add company overhead percentage, if so, how much? Please note, if left blank, we will not apply an overhead.
4. Would you like us to allow a weekly management charge to your projects? If yes, how much per week? If left blank, we will not add a management fee.
5. Do you want us to add any consultancy fees, e.g. quantity surveyors, health and safety, CDM? If yes, please provide the details.
6. Please provide us with your company logos, we will put your logo on the cover page of your completed estimate. If you do not provide us with a logo, we will input your company name.
